Upon his graduation from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1978,
Adv. Peled worked as an intern in the office of the late President Felix Landau in the District Court and then in the office of Adv. Yaakov Rubin. On being admitted to the bar, Adv. Peled continued to work in the law firm of Rubin until 1991, when together with attorneys Haim Kimhi and Asaf Posner, he established the law firm of Haim Kimhi & Co., which later changed its name to Kimhi, Peled, Posner, Shilo & Co., and then to its present name Kimhi, Peled, Shilo, Cohen & Co.
Adv. Peled specializes in Labor Law and has several decades of experience in civil litigation representing both employees and employers in all instances – from the regional labor courts to the Supreme Court.
In addition, Adv. Peled serves as a legal advisor to a number of public bodies and provides an ongoing and comprehensive legal advice ongoing legal advice and representation in the field of Labor Law to the firm’s clients – employees and employers alike: public corporations, one of the Israeli banks, about 170 community centers, Amek Association for the Treatment of Holocaust Survivors and the Second Generation, and more, as well as private clients.
Being a legal advisor of many non-profit organizations, Adv. Peled specializes in the legislation for the “third sector”, and in the interface of these with the laws of public administration and local authorities, and especially Corporate Law and Tender Law.
Adv. Peled is highly experienced in drafting complex contracts in a variety of areas, collective labor law (including drafting collective agreements between groups of workers and their employers), Tenders, and more.
Adv. Peled regularly lectures on all aspects of Labor Law, Corporate Law and Contract Law in various forums.
For many years Adv. Peled served as an examiner in certification exams for the Bar Association.
